Those who buy and enjoy our products often refer to us as wizards in our industry. We, however, see ourselves merely as skilled experts who mastered the art of yoghurt and cheese making, with the endowed ability to craft the right stuff.

In our compact production facility which we’ve developed ourselves, we use a state-of-the-art production process to craft yoghurt and cheese of consistent qualityaccording to traditional recipes andpractices. We understand the need not to hurry the process, guided by our philosophy to produce only natural products without any additives or preservatives.

We do not believe in taking shortcuts. The consistency, quality and ultimate enjoyment of our fare are far too important for us.

Expect to find Hijke yoghurt and cheese mainly at select outlets in Gauteng and in the Western Cape. However, this doesn’t prevent discerning shopperscountrywide to ask their favourite food stores to also stock these fine, natural products. It certainly will be the right thing to do!
